Substitution Policy
We will try to meet specific requests however cannot guarantee due to seasonal availability or quality standards. We will use the next best available to suit the overall feel and colour scheme of the design.
Delivery Information
All orders are sent out with a water source (temporary wet pack or vase). If the recipient is not home, with the sender’s consent, will be placed in a safe place out of sight and sunlight. If this is not an option, flowers will return to our studio for collection or an additional fee to re-deliver. Flowers going to hospitals or businesses require a full name of recipient and hospital/business name. We also require a contact phone number for the recipient in case of any difficulties locating the address or recipient. All deliveries will be made as soon as possible. We do not offer time specific deliveries- if your delivery is time sensitive please call us to discuss options. Home deliveries will be made between 8am-7pm and hospital/business addresses between 8am- 6pm. Where possible we will endeavour to meet your delivery requirements You may request AM or PM delivery however we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. If you have ordered flowers to be delivered on a public holiday or out of our trading hours, your delivery will be made on the next trading business day.
Refunds
From time to time we acknowledge that mistakes happen or that flowers, a natural product, do not perform as expected. On these occasions you should report your case within 24 hours upon receipt of your delivery. We will review your order, provide follow up and a solution to the issue. You may be required to provide images for comparison. In most instances the flowers will need to be returned or available for pick up by our courier.
